This policy explains what personal information LT Lab collects through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it. The website does not require you to create an account.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to send us, and basic technical data needed to operate the site.
- Details you submit in the project inquiry form: name, work email, company, optional phone number, project information, timeline and optional budget range
- Messages you send us by email
- Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used for security and reliability
How we use it
We use inquiry details to respond to you, understand your project and, where you agree, continue a business conversation. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Inquiries may be stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) or email systems so that the right team members can respond.
Legal basis
We process inquiry information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business requests, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting relationship, and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer required.
Security
The website is served over encrypted connections, and access to submitted information is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to its processing. To make a request, email consulting@ltlabsolutions.io.
